Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to HireCyberz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "You") and HireCyberz ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") regarding your use of our investigation, verification, and digital forensic services.

By submitting a case request, engaging our services, or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of our services and refrain from submitting any case details.

2. Services Provided

HireCyberz offers a range of digital investigation services, including but not limited to:

  • Crypto Asset Tracing: On-chain surveillance and forensic analysis to track stolen or missing digital assets across multiple blockchain networks.
  • Partner Monitoring: Digital surveillance and behavioral analysis to uncover suspicious activity on mobile devices and social media platforms.
  • Social Media Investigation: OSINT-driven identification of anonymous accounts, impersonators, and online harassers.
  • Scammer Exposure: Digital forensics and intelligence gathering to unmask anonymous scammers and compile legal dossiers.
  • Due Diligence & Background Checks: Identity verification, litigation history, and reputation risk assessment for individuals and entities.

All services are provided on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline any case at our sole discretion without providing explanation.

3. User Obligations & Representation

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • All information provided to HireCyberz regarding your case is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • You have the legal right to request an investigation into the subject in question. For partner monitoring services, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or have obtained proper consent where required by applicable law.
  • You will not use our services for any unlawful, harassing, or malicious purpose, including but not limited to stalking, intimidation, or any activity that violates the rights of others.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary investigation tools or platform.

4. Limitations & Disclaimers

4.1 NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

HireCyberz provides investigative services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that our investigations will yield any specific outcome, including but not limited to asset recovery, identity identification, evidence acquisition, or legal success. All success rates, testimonials, and case studies presented on our platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of similar results for your case.

4.2 TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

We do not guarantee that our monitoring tools, OSINT algorithms, or forensic methods will function without interruption, error, or delay. Service availability may be affected by third-party platform changes, device security updates, encryption technologies, or legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from service interruptions or inability to access data.

4.3 LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. HireCyberz does not provide legal advice, and our reports are intended for informational purposes only. You agree that any legal action taken based on our investigation results is your sole responsibility and that we are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your actions.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 FEES & QUOTES

All service fees are provided as customized quotes based on case complexity, investigation depth, and scope. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Fees are fully negotiable before engagement. Any changes to case scope may result in adjustments to the quoted fee.

5.2 NO REFUNDS

Due to the confidential nature of our services and the resources deployed at the commencement of each investigation, all payments are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy. We will not issue partial or full refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unsuccessful investigations or failure to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Changes in case circumstances or subject operational security.
  • Client dissatisfaction with results or report content.
  • Inability to access target data due to technical limitations.

6. Confidentiality & Data Handling

6.1 CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY

We understand the sensitive nature of our investigations. HireCyberz maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, case details, and communication. We do not share client identities or case specifics with any third parties unless required by law or with explicit client consent.

6.2 DATA RETENTION

We retain case-related data only for the duration necessary to complete the investigation and deliver the final report. After case closure, all data is securely deleted from our active systems. Archived records may be retained for legal compliance or internal auditing but are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.

6.3 EXCEPTIONS TO CONFIDENTIALITY

We reserve the right to disclose client information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. We also reserve the right to report suspected illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, child exploitation, human trafficking, or financial crimes, to the appropriate authorities without prior client notification.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIRECYBERZ AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Loss of data, including digital evidence or investigation results.
  • Reputational damage or emotional distress.
  • Legal consequences from actions taken based on our reports.
  • Unauthorized access to your personal data by third parties.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the total fees paid by you to HireCyberz in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireCyberz and its personnel from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your breach of these Terms of Service.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your misuse of our services or investigation results.
  • Any third-party claims arising from actions taken based on our reports.
  • Your unauthorized access to or use of third-party data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, algorithms, software, dashboards, and reports provided by HireCyberz are the proprietary intellectual property of our company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our reports for your personal or business decision-making purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our reports or platform content without written permission.
  • Use our proprietary methodologies or algorithms for competing services.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our investigation tools or reports.
  • Remove any proprietary notices, logos, or branding from our reports.

10. User Liability

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all actions taken based on the information provided by HireCyberz. Our services are investigative in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Any decisions you make, including but not limited to confronting individuals, terminating contracts, initiating legal proceedings, or engaging law enforcement, are made at your own risk.

HireCyberz shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your reliance on our investigation results or recommendations.

11. No Legal Warranty

We do not warrant or represent that our services, reports, or methodologies will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or produce results that are admissible in court or legally actionable. Our reports are provided as informational documents and should not be substituted for professional legal counsel or law enforcement engagement.

While we strive to deliver the highest quality intelligence, we make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Our liability for any errors or omissions is strictly limited as provided in these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international business laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12.1 BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding confidential arbitration administered by a neutral third-party arbitrator. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action or class-wide litigation.

12.2 LIMITATION OF ACTIONS

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or our services must be commenced within 6 months of the date the claim arises. Failure to do so shall result in the claim being permanently barred.

13. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services and platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Misuse of our services for illegal, harassing, or harmful purposes.
  • Failure to provide accurate information or cooperate with the investigation.
  • Non-payment of quoted fees for services rendered.

Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due and payable immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund for any fees already paid.

14. Amendments to Terms

HireCyberz reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
